Salam today we are sharing chapli kabab recipe and will let you know how to make chapli kabab in Peshawari chapli kabab style. We will make these chapli kabab using homemade masala so first of all please take down ingredients:
Mince (Mutton/beef/chicken) 750 g
Onion (Two medium) 100 g
Tomato(Two medium) 100 g
Chillies 2
crushed coriendor seeds 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
crushed chilli powder 1 tbsp
garlic powder/paste 1 tbsp
ginger powder/paste 1 tbsp
pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
one Egg
Method:
We will crush and mix spices into mince and then marinate it for an hour and in the last fry. For details watch video.
