 SO lets start baking first of all note down steps and ingredients:
For making buns we will follow these steps: 

1- Knead dough

3- Shaping and brushing buns

 4- In the last bake

 SO for first step we will go for dough and for dough you will need: 

All purpose flour/ Maida 500g 

Melted butter 4tbsp 

Salt/namak 1tbsp

1 tbsp 

Powder milk 2tbsp 

Milk 200 ml 

Chicken 200 gm 

soya souce 2tbsp

For second step Filling we need: 

chicken
onion/ payaz
cheese 

black paper/kali mirch 

red paper/ lal mirch

 mayonnaise 

salt/namak 

soya souce

 chilli souce

 crushed red 

chilli/ kuti hoi lal mirch 

vinegar/ sirka

 cumin seeds/ zeera

 Katchup
garlic powder 





For Third step brushing:

 Organo leaves 

Egg 

Garlic paste 

Last step 

Oil 1 to 2 tbsp
