Matar keema recipe



Hellow friends today we are going to share delicious recipe of matar qeema/keema with you hope you will like.
Ingredients:
Keema/ Mince 1kg
matar/peas 1/2kg
Payaz/Onion 2 medium
Tamatar/tomatoes 3 small
Namak/salt 1 1/2tbsp
kuti Mirch/crush red chilli 1 1/2tbsp
Haldi/ turmeric 1tbsp
garam masala 1tbsp
adrak/ginger 1 1/2tbsp
lehsan/garlic paste 11/2tbsp
Hari mirch/green chilli 3
dhaniya/green coriador for garnish

Method:
First of all add 2 glass water in keema and put it on high flame. Now add garlic , onion, tomatoes and spices except garam masala
We will add peas ginger paste, green chillis and coriendor leaves later.
Cook until mince tenders after that add peas and cook for 10 minutes on low flame
Now add oil, garlic pasteand fry it for 5 minutes on high flame.
Matar keema is ready add chillis and garnish with coriandor leaves and garam masala
