Hi guys, Today we are goint to make oatmeal which is best for weight loss. It is one of the best meal that you can take in diet. It is gluten free and very less calories. Let's start making but before that please note down ingredients:
For a person serving:
Oats 50 g
milk 150 ml
honey 1tbsp
raisins 8 to 10
almond 8 to 10
any fruit


Method:

Add oats in milk and boil for 3 to 5 minutes until gets thick

Now rest it for 5 minutes and add all other ingredients on toping

Oatmeal is ready enjoy
