Hi today we are going to cook tasty and healthy gandum ka dalia. It is extremely good for health. It is full of fibre and carbohydrates. It reduces weight so the question is how can it reduce weight?
It is full of fibre which is best in constipation.
We have used the veggies that will enhance your metabolism.
We added chicken that will give you protein and will help your body to reduce weight.
It contains less fat so you can take it as meal.
HOw to use:
Take it as a full meal. You can have 100 grams of dalia for each meal which contains just 400 calories so you can have it even you are on 1200 calories count
So lets start making please note down ingredients:
Gandum ka Dalia/ Wheat cereal 300g
Chicken 300g
gajar/ carrot 2 medium
Adrak/ginger 2tbsp
hari mirch/green chilli 1
Hari shimla mirch/green capsicum 1
lal shimla mirch/red capsicum 1
sirka/vinegar 2tbsp
namak/salt 1 tbsp
Mirch/red chilli powder 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tbsp
kuti lal mirch/crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Chilli tomato souce 1 tbsp
Method:
Rinse wheat cereal and leave for 2 hours.
cut all veggies
Now in a cooking pot add oil and heat it up
Add onion in oil and fry for 2 minutes
after that add chicken in it and fry until chicken change color into light golden
Now add carrot in it and cook until carrot leaves water.
Cover it for 5 minutes
now add spices and vinegar in it cook for more 5 minutes
Add chilli souce chilli , red and green capsicum and stir for a minute
Add two glass of water and when it comes to boil then add dalia/wheat cereal
cook until water soaks.
Wheat cereal is ready to serve.
