Hellow friends today we are going to make chana salad which is helpful in losing weight and maintaining cholesterol level. It is high in protein and fiber which slow down digestion and helps promote fullness.

Channa/ chickpea 100g
Namak/salt 1tsp
Paya/onion 1 small
tamater/ tomato half
Podina/mint 8 to 10 leaves
Hari mirch/green chilli 1
Lemo/lemon 1
Method:
- First of all soak chickpea overnight or 8 to 10 hours in two glass water
- Now boil it in 3 glass water and one tablespoon salt while boiling
- after it boiled strain it and let it cool
- Cut all the veggies and add in chick pea
- squeeze lemon
- Chickpea salad is ready to serve
How to use:
Take it as lunch or dinner meal twice a week.
