Hello guys today we are going to make tasty alo ghobi salan in desi style. It is very tasty and healthy as well so lets start but before that please note down ingredients:
Ghobi/cauliflower 1kg
aloo/potato 1/2kg
Namak/salt 1 tbsp
kuti Mirch/crush red chilli 1 tbsp
Haldi/ turmeric 1tbsp
garam masala 1tbsp
adrak/ginger 1tbsp
lehsan/garlic paste 1tbsp
Hari mirch/green chilli 3
daar cheeni/cinnamon 2 pcs
kali mirch/ black paper 8 to 10
sokha dhaniya/cumin seeds 1tsp
oil 100ml
Method:
First of all cut all veggies.
Now make a paste of garlic and onion.
Heat up oil and add the paste in it
fry until turns golden.
Now add all spices and tomatoes and put it on low flame until tomatoes gets soft.
Now add cauliflower and potatoes in it and put on low to medium flame until it cook well.
Garnish with green chilli and coriandor.
