Masoor ki daal in Punjabi style || Easy masoor dal/ black lentil/ masar ...





Hellow friends hope you are all fine, today we are going to make tasty daal masoor in punjabi style. It is easy and simple recipe for your meal. You can serve it with hari chatni and boiled rice that makes its taste more delicous so lets start please note down ingredients:


Daal masoor                                 1/2kg
Namak/salt                                    1 tbsp
kuti Mirch/crush red chilli             1 tbsp
Haldi/ turmeric                               1tbsp
garam masala                                  1tbsp
adrak/ginger                                    1tbsp
lehsan/garlic paste                              1tbsp
lehsan/garlic nicely chooped            10 pcs
Hari mirch/green chilli                     3
Dhaniya/ green coriandor              100g
Pani/ water                                      500 ml/ as required
Oil                                                   150ml


Method:
First of all wash daal masoor and put it on high flame after adding 2 cups of water.
when it comes to boil then add all spices and cover it for more 5 minutes
after that add ginger and garlic paste and cook it well.
keep stirring with intervels
When daal cooked well then in another pan add oil.
When oil heated up then add garlic pieces in it and fry until garlic gets golden brown.
now add chillis with garlic and fry for 2 more minutes.
Now mix oil in masoor daal
Daal is ready to serve add garam masala and garnish with green coriander
