Hi, today we are going to cook tasty and delicious shimla mirch handi which is quick and simple to cook. It takes less time and it looks tasty and colorful. It is healthy as well. We will let you know the simplest way by which you can make it in no time so please note down ingredients:
Simla mirch/ capsicum 250 g
Aloo/potato 300g
payaz/onion 150g
tamater/tomatoes 150g
namak/salt
mirch/red chilli powder
haldi/turmeric powder
Method:
Cut all the vegies
Now add oil in a pan and fry onion
when it turns golden add all spices
fry for 2 more minutes and add tomatoes make flame low and cook until tomatoes get soft.
Now add simla mirch and aloo and cook until tender.
