Hi in this video we will make spicy and tasty bhindi/ okra recipe in easy way. It is a summer veg with many health benefits. If you are a veg lover then its perfect for you so lets start making:
Bhindi/ okra 1/2kg
Payaz/onion 1/2kg
Tamater/tomatoes 300g
hari mirch/green chilli 3
dhaniya/ coriendar for garnish
kuti hoi lal mirch/crushed red chilli 1tbsp/ as required
namak/ salt 1tbsp/ as required
mirch/ red powder 1tbsp/ as required
haldi/ turmeric powder 1tbsp/ as required
Oil 100 ml
Method:
Wash dry and then cut okra bhindi.
Cut all other vegies
Heat up oil and fry bhindi until change color into golden
Now take out bhindi and add onion in same oil
Fry onion until change color into light golden and then add spices and tomatoes in it.
Cover pot and cook on low flame until tomatoes get soft.
Now smash tomatoes and fry on high flame
Add okra Bhindi in it and cook for more 5 minutes.
Masala Bhindi is ready to serve now add chillies and coriendor for garnish and enjoy!
