Hi, Hope you are fine. Today we are making tasty totti frutti which is called ashrafia / ashrafiya with very easy method. We will make these delicious tutti frutti with water melon peel. These ashrafia are used in different deserts such as sweet rice and icecreams. So lets start making before that please note down ingredients:
Water melon peel/ tarbooz k chilkay 250g
Suger/ cheeni 250g
water/ Pani 400 ml
food color
vanilla essance
Method:
Add suger in water and put on high flame until suger get melt
Add watermelon peel in it and stir well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Now turn off flame and let the mixture cool down
when it cools down add vanilla essance in it
NOw put the mixture in different bowls to add color
add different color to each bowl.
keep it for 24 hours and after that strain the mixture
add grated suger to strained water melon peel and your ashrafia is ready!
