Arvi (taro) recipe || Arbi/arvi vegetable recipe by cook yumz


Hi today we are going to cook tasty Arvi recipe (Taro) which is a healthy vegetable. It is good for cough, for high blood pressure patients and also to remove skin dryness. So lets start making note down ingredients:
Arvi/ arbi/ taro 1/2 kg
payaz/onion 1 large / 100g
lehsan/garlic 11/2 tbsp
tamater/tomatoes 250 g
hara dhaniya/green coriendor for garnish
hari mirch/ green chilli 3
lemo/ lemon half
namak/ salt 1 tbsp
mirch/ red chilli 1 tbsp
haldi/ turmeric 1 tbsp
sukha dhaniya/ coriandor seeds 1 tbsp
zeera/cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Oil 100 ml




Method:

Cut arvi. Add salt a spoon, in it and leave for an hour.

Now wash it

cut onion and fry

now add spices and tomatoes in it

add arvi when tomatoes get soften

fry it add cumin and coriander seeds and squeeze lemon in it.

Arvi is ready to serve.
