Hi, today we are going to cook tasty and delicious creamy palak recipe which is also called malai palak. In this video If you are a veg lover then its perfect for you so lets start making:

Palak/spinach 1 kg
aloo/ potato 1/2 kg
Payaz/onion 100g
Tamater/tomatoes 2 small
hari mirch/green chilli 3
dhaniya/ coriendar for garnish
kuti hoi lal mirch/crushed red chilli 1tbsp/ as required
cream 200ml
dahi/yugort 5 tbsp
namak/ salt 1tbsp/ as required
mirch/ red powder 1tbsp/ as required
haldi/ turmeric powder 1tbsp/ as required
Oil 100 ml


Method:


First of all cut and boil palak spinach

now squees it and mash

In a pot add oil and heat up it when it gets heat then add onion in it.

When it changes into golden brown then add spices and tomatoes and cover for 5 minutes on medium flame.

After 5 minutes open up pot cap and smash tomatoes now add yogurt and potatoes in it and cook until potato tenders

After that add palak / spinach and fry for 5 minutes when oil starts sprating then add cream and green chillies in it.
