Falsa chutney recipe by cook yumz ||falsay ki chatni falsay ka murabba r...





Hi today we are going to make falsa chatni which is very tasty and delicious. Moreover you can keep it for long time. So lets start make before that please note down ingredients:


Falsa 1/2kg
cheeni/suger 1/2kg
Namak 1tbsp
kali mirch/black paper 1tbsp
sirka/vinegar 1/4 cup

Method:
Wash and dry falsa
Now add suger in falsa and rest it for 2 hours.
Between two hours stir with 15 minute intervels.
After two hours put it on flame 
flame should be medium keep stirring for 5 minutes now add vinegar
cook for two more minutes and add spices in it
now keep stirring until falsa shirnks.
Falsa chatni is ready
keep in fridge and never use wet spoon to take it out
you can use it upto 6 months
