Easiest recipe of dal bhare karele || daal bharay kareley by cook yumz||...



Hi today we are going to cook tasty daal bhary karely that are very delicious and easy as well. It is very affordable dish and you can make it in less time. So lets start


Ingredients:
Karley/ bitter gourd       500g
Channa daal/ lentil        500g
Payaz/Onion                             3 medium
Hari mirch/green chilli                     3
Dhaniya/ green coriandor              100g
Namak/salt                                    1+1 tbsp
Mirch/red chilli                              1 tbsp
Haldi/ turmeric                               1tbsp
Lemo/ Lemon                                   1
Pani/ water                                      2 cup
Oil                                                    200ml
Dhaga/Thread


Method:
First of all peel off karely and make a cut between them and take out seeds.
Now add a spoon namak in it and leave for 30 minutes.
after 30 minutes rinse it well.
now squeeze it gently until extra water removes.
Boil daal and add spices in it.
when daal boiled well then grind it and after grinding add a medium size onion, green chilli and coriandor in it.
Now take a karela and fill daal in it.
After filling take thread and start from center of karla and make a round of treade around karela and in the end make a tight knot.
Heat up oil in a pan and fry karela.
In another pan add 2 tbsp oil and 2 medium size onion in it and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add left over mixture of daal in it.
And fry in this stage you can add more spices as per your taste.
Add fried karelas in this mixture and your tasty daal bhare karela are ready to serve.
